Our Cancellation Policy

Zestful Journey believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • We do not accept cancellations for perishable items like flowers and eatables.
  • Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not good.
Refund Policy
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days.
  • Complaints regarding products under manufacturer warranty should be directed to them.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1-2 days.
